The European Menopause and Andropause Society published a healthy-menopause framework built around four tiers of midlife care. It discusses precision medicine, digital phenotyping, wearables, artificial intelligence and hybrid care alongside governance, equity and implementation needs.

Menopause care often sits between primary care, gynecology, mental health, cardiometabolic prevention and workplace support. A shared architecture can help connect those domains, while the benefits of specific digital tools still need product-level evidence.

Formal implementation guidance, independent trials of digital components, privacy and governance standards, clinician workload, equitable access and outcome measures beyond engagement.
